- Click on the Other option, it will open a new window for you.
- Choose the Customer Support option.
Take note, clicking on the customer support option will take you outside the game and open the official FAQ portal of Pokemon TCG Pocket. You will see several options based on the game activities and features. You can look for your queries in those answers and sections. However, if you do not find the particular thing you looking for, then follow the steps given below to reach out the customer support directly.
- Click on any of the articles and the new page will show a “Submit a Request” button.
- Read the policies, then choose your issue from the drop-down menu.
- Now, a form will appear. You need to enter your Email, Name, Region, Language, Platform, OS Version, Application version, Support ID, Player Name, Device Model, Current Status, Type of Error, Details, etc.
- If you have any proof of the incident, attach them (Images, videos, etc.)
