PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2024: Schedule and Format
PMGC 2024 is divided into two main stages: League and Grand Finals. The League Stage will start on the 31st of October in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It will have three sub-stages: Group, Survival, and Last Chance. The League Stage will end on the 17th of November 2024.

PMGC 2024: Format

Group Stage
There will be two main stages and three sub-stages. League Stage 48 participant teams will be divided into 3 groups of 16 teams each. Each group will play 24 matches in a certain week. The top 3 teams from each group will move directly to the Grand Finals, and the bottom 5 teams will be eliminated. The remaining teams positioned 4th-11th will contest in the next stage.
Survival Stage
In the Survival Stage of PMGC 2024, there will be 3 groups of 8 teams each. Each group plays 6 matches per day for a total of 18 matches across 3 days in a Round-Robin format. The top 16 will move to the next stage and the bottom teams will be eliminated.
Last Chance
Now, the Last Chance stage is going to be the final decider of the remaining 6 teams to send them to the Grand Finals. 16 teams will play 12 matches in total. The bottom 10 will be eliminated.
Grand Finals
From the 23rd of November, the Grand Finals will kick off. Following the official esports format of PUBG Mobile, 16 teams will play a total of 18 matches. The three-day-long Grand Finals will host 6 matches per day. After the end of the third day, PMGC 2024 will crown the best team as the champion.
